Q: Should I get shipping insurance?
A: Yes, generally we advise shipping insurance for any orders over $50 and international orders. Once item(s) have been shipped along with a shipping confirmation email, we are no longer responsible for any lost or damaged item(s). You can find shipping insurance in list of products.

Q: When do you ship out orders?
A: All orders are sent to the post office on Tuesdays and Fridays at 3:30PM PST. Any orders after 2:30PM PST on those days will be shipped out the next shipping day. All shipping dates are subject to change.

Q: Do you ship to the UK, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, etc., and how much will it cost?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. You can calculate your own shipping fee by adding all items to cart and inputting your address!

Q: The shirt I bought is too small for me! Can I exchange for a larger size?
A: Sorry, but according to our store policies, all sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges.

Q: What type of shipping do you do?
A: We provide International First Class and Priority Mail for International Orders and Priority Mail for Domestic (U.S.) orders through the United States Postal Service. International First Class orders do not come with any type of tracking number. If you'd like to have your orders expedited to you, go ahead and email us with an inquiry.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, you can. If you're in the United States, you have full tracking of your package. If you're in any other country, we only offer limited tracking within the United States. Once it leaves the U.S., the tracking number will not work anymore. If you'd like a full tracking, please contact us about purchasing Express Mail.

Q: Instead of a black and pink best friend wristband, can I have two black ones or two pink ones?
A: No, unfortunately, the best friend wristbands are sold in a set of one black and one pink. 

Q: Can I have the size chart for your tops?
A: Size charts are on the descriptions of the items. If the item is missing, please contact us here.

Q: When will you restock?
A: We do not restock on a regular basis, only when we feel it is needed. Please keep checking on the site if the item you want is sold out at the moment.

First Class: takes about 10-14 business days*
Priority: takes about 7-10 business days*

Everywhere Else:
First Class: takes about 14-20 business days*
Priority: takes about 10-14 business days*

Please note that all shipping takes are estimated times and we are not responsible in making sure your items arrive between that time frame. Packages may take longer to arrive depending on your country's weather and customs department.
